Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Sales, focusing on offline merchants and QR payments. The role involves selling products and services, representing the brand, and managing customer relationships from initial contact to purchase. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and ensuring market knowledge and understanding of distribution concepts. Paytm is India's leading mobile payments and financial services company, aiming to bring half a billion Indians into the mainstream economy through technology.
Must have:
- Smart Phone, Bike & Helmet
- Zeal for Growth
- Good market knowledge
- Channel Sales experience
- Managed 5 member sales team
- Understand distribution, expansion, metrics
- Experience in getting team earn incentives
Good to have:
- More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
- Team handling experience
- Good in Excel & data tools

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
1. More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
2. Team handing experience is a must
3. Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
