This role involves selling products/services, representing the brand, and managing customer relationships from initial contact to purchase completion. Key responsibilities include driving sales, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth by expanding its merchant network and promoting its services.
Must have:
- Smartphone, bike & helmet
- Zeal for growth
- Good market knowledge
- Channel sales experience
- Handled a sales team of 5
- Understands distribution concepts
- Understands expansion metrics
- Experience in getting team lucrative incentives
Good to have:
- More than 3 years of channel & distribution experience
- Team handling experience
- Proficient in Excel & sales data tools

4. Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with 5 Member Sales Team handled before
5. Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics
6. Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
1. More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
2. Team handing experience is a must
3. Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
