Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Offline Merchants QR to sell products and services, representing the brand and managing customer relationships from initial outreach to purchase. The role requires candidates to have a smartphone, bike, and helmet, possess a zeal for growth, and have good market knowledge. Previous experience in channel sales with a team of 5 sales members handled is mandatory, along with an understanding of distribution, expansion, and metrics. Experience in ensuring team earnings through lucrative incentives is also required. Superpowers that will help succeed include more than 3 years of experience in Channel & Distribution, team handling experience, and proficiency in Excel & data tools used in sales. A graduate or postgraduate degree is preferred.
