Paytm is seeking a Team Leader to drive sales of EDC machines to merchants across multiple locations. The role involves creating an inspiring team environment with open communication, resolving merchant queries, driving merchant engagement, and building and managing a team. Responsibilities include setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance, motivating team members, identifying training needs, coaching, and resolving conflicts. The ideal candidate will have a high level of drive, initiative, self-motivation, must have experience in leading a team, be a graduate, and possess a growth mindset.
