The Technical Account Manager is a newly established role within Stakelogic and will be responsible for optimising revenue from a technical perspective by having a good understanding of commercial values and prioritisation. You will be in direct contact with our clients, and your ability to create strong relationships and synergies both internally and externally will be key.
In this role, you will maintain relationships, rapport, and assist our clients with technical support related to our Slots and Live Casino Games. You will also create setups in our Back Office for new clients and roll out new games. The ideal candidate has at least some basic understanding of technical issues related to integrations, previous iGaming experience, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
