The Technical Account Manager at Stakelogic is responsible for optimizing revenue through technical expertise and strong client relationships. This role involves configuring new casinos in the back office, rolling out new game releases, managing back-office settings, performing game testing, and providing technical support to clients, primarily concerning API integrations and casino setups. Collaboration with internal teams (Product, Integrations, Account Management, and Sales) is crucial. The ideal candidate possesses iGaming experience, understands APIs, and has strong problem-solving and communication skills. The position requires proficiency in using Google Chrome Dev Mode/Tools and Excel.

Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager is a newly established role within Stakelogic and will be responsible for optimising revenue from a technical perspective by having a good understanding of commercial values and prioritisation. You will be in direct contact with our clients, and your ability to create strong relationships and synergies both internally and externally will be key.

In this role, you will maintain relationships, rapport, and assist our clients with technical support related to our Slots and Live Casino Games. You will also create setups in our Back Office for new clients and roll out new games. The ideal candidate has at least some basic understanding of technical issues related to integrations, previous iGaming experience, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Position Objectives

  • Configure new Casinos in the Back Office.
  • Roll out new game releases.
  • Manage and maintain Back Office settings for our partners and games.
  • Perform game testing.
  • Assist customers with technical issues, primarily related to integration (API) and casino setups.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams (PO, Dev, QA).
  • Work closely with the Integrations team to facilitate smooth client onboardings.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Managers to understand commercial values and impacts.
