What You'll Do:

As part of our team, your contributions will help today’s leading companies stay ahead. You will collaborate with some of the most exciting organizations in Europe. Here’s an overview of what you’ll be doing:

• Design technical solutions and participate in their implementation by actively gathering requirements, estimating effort, and advising on architectural approaches.
• Define robust and scalable architectures, integrating event-driven systems and observability platforms using Kafka and Elastic Stack.
• Help improve the performance and observability of systems by contributing to tuning, optimization, and monitoring strategies.
• Coordinate with client technical teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for Kafka, Elastic, and other event-oriented or log analytics technologies, offering guidance to teams and clients.
• Collaborate in internal communities of practice to share, deepen, and acquire knowledge about software architecture, design principles, and platform engineering.

What You'll Need:

We’re looking for team players with an analytical mindset and a passion for technology. You’ll succeed in this role if you bring:

• Proven experience as a technical consultant or architect, ideally in projects involving both Kafka and Elastic Stack.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture, streaming platforms, and log aggregation or observability systems.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive and open-minded personality with a passion for open source technologies and agile development.
• Solid organizational skills and a strong customer orientation.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Experience with any of the following is a plus: Go, Node, Spring, Confluent Stack, Docker or Kubernetes.
