The Technical Customer Engineer II (Field Service Engineer) provides technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers throughout the sales process. Responsibilities include answering customer questions about products, conducting in-depth product demonstrations, assisting customers in maximizing the benefits of purchased products, and diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex systems. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
