The Technical Lead will guide and mentor team members, lead code reviews, make technical decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role involves optimizing system performance, overseeing CI/CD pipelines, and driving continuous process improvement while fostering team development.
Must have:
  • Provide technical leadership by guiding and mentoring team members.
  • Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Make technical decisions to optimize system performance and resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and designers to plan, design, and implement software solutions.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the development process and drive continuous enhancement.
  • Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines for smooth, automated deployments.
  • Act as the technical focal point, providing guidance in applications, architecture, processes, and standards.
  • Allocate tasks evenly, monitor implementation, and maintain performance levels.
  • Create and implement technical strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Address and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Ability to break down complex issues into manageable parts and work toward effective solutions.
  • Encourage creativity in solving technical problems while adhering to project constraints.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to set realistic goals, deadlines, and delivery milestones.
  • Manage time effectively by focusing on high-priority tasks and helping the team do the same.
  • Work with other departments, such as product management, design, or operations.

Seeking:

  • Excellent proficiency in Python Programming
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Sound in Programming and concepts
  • Good understanding in OOPS concepts
  • Strong in data structures, algorithms
  • Good knowledge in RDBMS Concepts and writing complex SQL queries.
  • Working experience in Confluent Kafka / PySpark / Active MQs
  • Working experience in databases (PostgreSQL, Mongo DB)
  • Excel in writing complex SQL queries
  • Knowledge of Object Relational Mapping (ORM)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
