As a Technical Program Manager on Substack’s enterprise team, you will work with the world’s most ambitious founders to build the media empires of tomorrow on Substack. You will have direct responsibility for product initiatives and work hand-in-hand with product engineers to build foundational capabilities in partnership with our customers. You will be the technical liaison for enterprise publishers, ensuring strong relationships, and clear communication. You will execute on large-scale customer migrations and implementations, product initiatives and pilots, as well as develop new product capabilities.
Substack’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, and exceptional benefits. Our cash compensation salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
