Job Description
HOLOGATE seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee technology projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, leading cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, mitigating risks, facilitating planning sessions, documenting processes, ensuring quality assurance, and managing scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a client-facing role, and be fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technical project plans, architecture roadmaps, and resource allocations
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering and development teams to execute technical deliverables efficiently
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies that could impact project success
- Facilitate technical planning sessions, sprint planning, and status meetings
- Document technical requirements, system architecture, and implementation processes
- Ensure proper technical validation and quality assurance before project delivery
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for all assigned technical projects
Key Qualifications
- German at native speaker level and fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
