As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining the reliability and resilience of Apple’s infrastructure, with a focus on our data centers. Your core responsibility will be to work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, collaborating to deliver secure and stable infrastructure that underpins Apple’s diverse range of products and services. Responsibilities include working closely with various partners to identify operational risks associated with data center infrastructure. Developing, monitoring, and tracking mitigation plans for critical risks. Effectively communicating status updates and critical risks to partners and leadership. Issue resolution by identifying quickly to resolve conflicts and dependencies.

Responsibilities Work closely with various partners to identify operational risks associated with data center infrastructure. This includes engineers, project managers, and other key personnel who are directly involved in maintaining and enhancing our infrastructure. Develop, monitor and track mitigation plans for critical risks. This includes regular reviews and adjustments as necessary to address any emerging risks or changes in the operational environment. Sustain momentum to maintain compliance across the organization outside audit cycles and diligently follow every detail through to its completion Effectively communicate status updates and critical risks to partners and leadership. Adjust interpersonal approach to individuals and situations as needed to effectively work with others Issue Resolution by identifying quickly to resolve conflicts and dependencies.
