As a Technical Recruiter at ElevenLabs, you'll be a key player in our hiring strategy, partnering with hiring managers to source, interview, and hire top engineering, product, and growth talent. You'll develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies across various channels, analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing guidance and expertise to streamline the entire hiring process. As a key member of the Talent team at ElevenLabs, you will play a vital part in our hiring strategy and execution. This is a unique opportunity to build and power the engine of ElevenLabs by identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to join our dynamic team. This is a high autonomy, high impact, and high growth role.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition strategy, partnering closely with hiring managers and delivering a white-glove, best in class candidate experience. 

Specifically, you will: 

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across the engineering, product, and growth departments

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as social media, job boards, and industry networking events

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates through strategic sourcing

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, providing guidance and expertise to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process

  • Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment activities, making data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance our hiring processes
