Job Description

The Technical Specialist will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering product/sustenance through the team, adhering to defined scope and standards within a specific technology. Key responsibilities include architecting, designing, and developing solutions, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring knowledge updates, training and developing the team, gathering specifications, delivering solutions, reviewing project deliverables, and recommending client value creation initiatives. This role involves working with new technologies to meet quality standards and client requirements.

Must have:

Architect, design, and develop solutions for product/project & sustenance.
Support as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies.
Train and develop team members to ensure adequate manpower.
Gather specifications and deliver solutions to clients.
Review project deliverables.

Job Summary
To conceptualize| design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology

Key Responsibilities
1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an SME
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
