Videogame Tester

We're looking for a game tester responsible for ensuring the quality of video games through rigorous testing. You will work closely with development teams to identify and report bugs, ensuring that the final product meets the studio quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Creation and execution of basic test cases and reporting bugs using specific tools.
• Assisting other team members with tasks related to product quality.
• Working closely with development, design, and production teams to understand game requirements.
• Learning all QA processes, tools, and practices established in the Studio.
• Identifying and documenting bugs and simple maintenance tasks using tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or equivalents, and following the formats established by the Studio.
• Communicating findings to the development team clearly and concisely to facilitate resolution.
  

Requirements

• Passion for video games and knowledge of various genres and platforms.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Written and oral B1 in English 
  

Nice to have 

• Previous experience as a Game Tester or in a similar role.
  
• Knowledge of software testing processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, Google Docs etc.
• Basic programming knowledge (desirable).
  
• Familiarity with video game platforms (PC, consoles, mobile devices).
  
• Basic knowledge of software testing (types of testing, development life cycle).
• Familiarity with functional testing concepts and basic error documentation.
