Job Description
- Experience with testing web and mobile applications.
- Experience with test case management and defect tracking software.

- Ensure understanding of acceptance criteria by working closely with team members.
- Write and maintain manual test scenarios in BDD format.
- Execute test scenarios and identify/document defects.
- Collaborate with QA Automation Engineers on automation scripts in BDD format.
- Participate in release verification and refine quality standards.
- Possess 3-6 years of experience in QA Analyst or Engineer role.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description
- Position Summary:
Trek Bicycle is looking for a full-time QA team member preferably with experience working on E-commerce based web applications. Trek is located in Gurugram, India.

- The QA Engineer Team Member will:
- Work closely with team members to ensure understanding of the acceptance criteria
- Be responsible for writing and maintaining manual test scenarios in a BDD format.
- Be responsible for executing those test scenarios
- Be responsible for identifying defects and for documenting those defects
- Be self-organized, self-motivated and require minimal supervision
- Be flexible with workload
- Be familiar with agile development methodology and with the associated ceremonies
- Work with the QA Automation Engineers to produce automation scripts in BDD format
- Be a fast learner and will recognize the need to escalate issues
- Be a team player
- Participate in release verification
- Work to execute and refine our quality standards and processes
- Produce and maintain team wiki updates
- Position Requirements:
- CS degree and/or 3-6 years of experience in a QA Analyst or QA Engineer capacity
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) are required
- Experience with testing web and mobile applications is desired
- Experience working in an Agile methodology is desired
- Experience with test case management and defect tracking software is desired
- Experience with Hybris or other ecommerce platforms is a plus
- Being a team player is required
