Job Description

The Plant Quality Lead ensures electrical/electronics and mechanical products meet high quality standards, managing product quality activities, customer requirements, and achieving departmental KPIs. Responsibilities include inspecting electromechanical products, diagnosing technical problems, managing non-conformities, implementing continuous improvement, and handling customer complaints.
Must Have:
  • Ensure all Electrical / Electronics + Mechanical products and components meet highest quality standards.
  • Manage Product Quality Activities.
  • Manage Customer Requirements & Deliverables.
  • Achieve Departmental & Company KPIs.
  • Perform inspections of Electromechanical products, components, and assemblies to identify failure modes and root causes.
  • Strong electrical/electronic hardware technical skills.
  • Hands-on experience in PCBs/Relays, setting up test cases, developing scenarios and diagnosing technical problems.
  • Good knowledge in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering Concepts.
  • Good knowledge in Product Management concepts.
  • Understanding the needs of Customers on Quality Perspective.
  • Maintaining Product Deliverables with internal & external teams.
  • Well versed with Quality assurance processes & systems.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Managing Internal & External Non-Conformities.
  • Experience in handling Measuring Instruments.
  • Implementing New systems / processes as improvement (Poka-Yoke/Kaizens, etc…).
  • Involvement in Continuous Improvement plans.
  • Actively participate in customer complaints handling for reducing the zero km and within warranty failures.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections of Electromechanical products, components, and assemblies to identify failure modes and root causes
