About the team We are seeking a passionate and strategic Top Creator & Celebrity Manager to lead partnerships with high-potential creators and public figures on TikTok Shop in the Philippines Market. This role plays a key part in driving live and short video commerce performance, expanding the creator ecosystem, and delivering business impact through the integration of content and commerce.
- Creator Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top creators and celebrities. Serve as the main point of contact to guide them through onboarding, growth, and monetization on TikTok Shop.
- Performance & Growth Strategy: Track creator performance (e.g., LIVE GMV, Monthly Live Plan with brand matchmaking), identify key levers for growth, and implement personalized strategies to accelerate results.
- Talent Incubation: Onboard and incubate rising creators across strategic verticals (e.g., beauty, lifestyle, tech). Support their journey toward becoming top TikTok Shop sellers through hands-on guidance and coordination with internal support teams.
- Content Collaboration: Lead the planning and optimization of commerce-driven content, including live sessions and short videos, alongside creators. Ensure content aligns with platform trends and delivers commercial impact.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with category managers, marketing, and MCN teams to align creator efforts with campaign priorities and ecosystem development goals.
- Campaign & Incentive Design: Design and execute tailored creator JBP (Joint Business Plans), commission incentives, and campaign collaborations that drive creator retention and sales conversion.
- Ecosystem Expansion: Identify and onboard celebrity and macro-influencer profiles into TikTok Shop. Grow new creator categories such as cooking or outdoor verticals, supporting diversified content commerce.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or entertainment talent relations
- Familiarity with TikTok trends, creator economy, and the e-commerce content ecosystem
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive strategy from data insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong background in e-commerce or LIVE commerce is a plus
