OKX is a leading crypto exchange seeking a highly energetic and motivated Total Rewards Senior Manager/Expert to enhance its compensation and benefits structure for the global crypto and blockchain market. The role involves designing and implementing competitive total rewards strategies, analyzing market trends for base salary, variable pay, token incentives, and equity plans. Responsibilities include conducting market pricing analysis using crypto and tech-specific data, evaluating pay equity, and ensuring compliance with global laws and tax regulations, especially for token-based compensation. The role also entails managing compensation data platforms, partnering with People Ops for payout implementation, and educating stakeholders on compensation philosophy. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards, preferably in crypto, fintech, or tech startups, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation tools.
