Kaizen Gaming, operating Betano, is a leading GameTech company with a global presence. We are seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to develop and implement global guidelines, frameworks, and methodologies for compensation and benefits schemes, ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding company interests. This role involves supporting the implementation of fair, equitable, and competitive compensation and benefits according to global standards, contributing to the compensation and benefits cycle (salary increases, promotions, bonus schemes), and participating in HR Compensation Projects like Job Evaluation. The specialist will also identify trends to enhance employee engagement, participate in market surveys, conduct audits, provide reporting, act as a compensation and benefits partner, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs.

  • Proven experience and knowledge of compensation surveys
Must Have:
  • Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Total Rewards Specialist or similar
  • Experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and reporting skills

Let's start with the role:

The Total Rewards Specialist role primarily focuses on, though is not limited to, developing and implementing global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies. It also involves ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding Kaizen interests.

As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will:
  • Support the implementation of fair, equitable and competitive compensation and benefits schemes according to global guidelines, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness (e.g. salary scales, salary offers for hiring and promotions); 
  • Contribute to the Compensation & Benefits cycle, including internal processes, promotions, salary increases, bonus schemes and ad hoc rewards in accordance with current legislation, local market practices, and internal equity; 
  • Participate in the implementation of significant HR Compensation Projects (e.g. Job Evaluation, Job Architecture Projects);
  • Actively contribute to identifying trends and new initiatives to enhance employee engagement and motivation;
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits;
  • Conduct periodic audits and provide regular reporting analysis on the effectiveness of compensation and benefit schemes;
  • Act as a trusted compensation and benefits partner, delivering high-quality service to all relevant stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and the HRBPs to ensure alignment and achievement of overall HR Objectives. 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Total Rewards Specialist or in a similar role;
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management;
  • Proven experience and knowledge of job evaluation, job analysis systems and compensation surveys is considered as a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel or G-sheets;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in Greek and English), with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and within all levels of the organization; 
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and reporting skills.
