Job Description
The Trade Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the trading experience for clients. This includes running daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading activities, acting as an intermediary between clients to facilitate trades, building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, market makers, and counterparties, and monitoring order books, liquidity flows, and spreads across products. The role requires a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to understand clients' trading habits and improve their outcomes. The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in trade operations, preferably in a crypto exchange or traditional finance firm.
Good To Have:
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
- Understanding of derivatives trading.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Trade Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee and optimise our clients' trading experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we understand our clients' trading habits, the products they are looking for and what we can do to improve outcomes for them.
What You'll be Doing

Reporting - Run daily, weekly & monthly reports on trading related activities

Trade Assistance - act as an intermediary between clients to facilitate trades

Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, market makers, and counterparties.

Market Coverage & Intelligence - Monitor order books, liquidity flows, and spreads across products.
What We Look For In You

3-5 years in trade operations, preferably in a crypto exchange, brokerage or traditional finance firm
