We are seeking a motivated Trainee Game Producer to join our game development team. This role involves supporting senior producers, designers, and developers throughout the game creation process. You will gain practical experience in game production and learn the methodologies behind developing engaging games. Key responsibilities include assisting with planning, scheduling, and tracking development milestones, preparing production documentation, monitoring progress, updating task boards, reporting on status, and participating in team meetings. You will also help with QA processes, collect feedback, and potentially manage external vendors.
Must have:
  • 6 months to 1 year experience
  • Passion for video games
  • Basic understanding of agile/scrum
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with Unity or Unreal engines
  • Prior internship/academic game dev experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings
  • Collect feedback and assist with QA processes to ensure high product quality
  • Support the producer in managing external vendors or freelancers if needed
  • Learn and adapt to production tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or similar
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 1 year experience
  • A strong passion for video games and the game development process
  • Basic understanding of agile/scrum project management
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal (a plus)
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the team
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
  • Prior internship or academic project experience in game development (preferred but not mandatory)
