Job Description

The Triage Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, leveraging expertise in networking, programming, and systems. This role involves working with Linux, embedded systems, and observability tools like ELK and Splunk. The engineer will contribute to automation, CI/CD processes, and database management within an Agile framework, ensuring robust and efficient system operations.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with WiFi fundamentals, basics of DOCSIS, and video streaming/encryption/encoding protocols.
  • Cloud certifications such as AWS Cloud Associate, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with monitoring systems like Grafana/InfluxDB, Datadog, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience in building automation tools for building, testing, releasing, monitoring, and alarming.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins and Concourse.
  • Experience with data visualization and alerting tools like ELK, Grafana, Looker, and Datadog.
Must Have:

  • Proficiency in Shell scripting, C/C++, Java, Go, and Python.

  • Experience in designing, developing, or working with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of database design and experience in writing complex queries.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
