Job Description

As a Tunnel Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing safe and efficient structural solutions for tunnel projects. Your responsibilities will include: * Conducting design analysis and preparing calculations and specification documents according to Eurocode standards. * Utilizing expertise in NATM (New Austrian Tunneling Method) for tunnel design and understanding blasting patterns. * Delivering projects within defined quality, time, and budget constraints. * Ensuring thorough checking of all design output and effective coordination (interface) with other disciplines.

Must have:

Experience in designing tunnels with NATM
Conversant with blasting patterns and design
Proficiency in Eurocode standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description

Develop safe and efficient structural solutions and undertake design analysis and preparation of calculations & specification document as per Eurocode.
• Must have experience in designing tunnel with NATM,

Conversant with Blasting pattern and Design

• Deliver projects following quality, timescales and budget.
• Ensure checking of all design output and coordination (Interface) between other disciplines.

Qualifications

PG in Structural Engineering or in Geology

15 years of experience
