We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer (Web) for the Brand Design team, which is constantly evolving and lives by design and new ideas. At BetterMe, you will be able to implement your creative vision in ambitious tasks that will conquer the Health&Fitness niche.

Your future tasks:

• Develop and improve UI/UX solutions for E-commerce, B2B, and SaaS platforms.
• Create promotional landing pages for physical products (BetterMe Smart Scales, BetterMe Fitness Tracker), B2B segment (pilates/yoga equipment), and other promotional campaigns that advertise the BetterMe brand.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement new features, improve existing solutions, and ensure correct design implementation.
• Create clear, structured documentation for developers covering interaction logic, animations, and element behavior in different states.
• Interact with Product, Content, PR, and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Creative (illustration, animation, 3D) and Production (photo and video) teams.

What you will need for this:

• A portfolio with modern, aesthetic work.
• Experience in developing E-commerce, SaaS projects.
• 3+ years of experience as a Web or UI/UX designer.
• Ability to create high-quality Product & Web Design using typography, photography, and relevant graphics, without excessive embellishments.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop/Illustrator, AfterEffects/Figma Animation/Jitter.
• Experience with design systems: ability to create, maintain, and scale components.
• Understanding of design implementation logic and ability to communicate effectively with developers.
• Ability to distinguish professional content (photos, videos, illustrations, 3D) from thousands of stock photos.
• An idea-driven approach to tasks — ability to think flexibly, find non-standard solutions, and adapt to changes.
• Product thinking — focus on the user, the task, and the business result instead of "design for design's sake".
• Strong presentation and communication skills — ability to convey ideas, collaborate effectively with the team and related departments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Self-organization — ability to plan time rationally and maintain a balance between work and rest.

It will be great if you also have:

• Experience with Framer or Webflow.
• Experience in creating 2D animations (AfterEffects, Figma Animation, Jitter, Rive).
• Experience with 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D).
