The Line Producer will be responsible for the full operational support of photo/video shoots, including finding and communicating with models, crew, and locations, scheduling, managing payments, contracts, and budgets, and preparing technical specifications and mood boards for shoots. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and a get-it-done attitude.

Must Have

• Find and communicate with models, crew, and locations for shoots.
• Provide full operational support for shoots (scheduling, payments, contracts, clothing, equipment, budget).
• Write technical specifications for shoot participants and colleagues.
• Prepare references and mood boards for shoots.
• 2+ years of experience in organizing shoots or production.
• Understanding of the European market and working with a European audience.
• Experience in organizing full-cycle shoots in Warsaw.
• English language level from Upper-Intermediate.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving and "get-it-done" approach to tasks.
• Ability to structure and visualize information using Google Sheets, Docs, and other tools.
• Responsibility, independence, stress resistance.
• Excellent search skills for people and locations.
• Self-organization: ability to prioritize tasks and not lose the big picture.
• Openness to on-location shoots and business trips.

Good to Have

• Awareness and understanding of current social media trends.
• Experience with Notion, Figma (at a basic level).
• Proficiency in Polish.
