Join the creation of Monopoly World, a mobile game bringing the classic board game to life. As a Unity Animator, you'll develop engaging UI and gameplay animations, ensuring optimal performance across mobile devices. Collaborate with designers and developers, prototype visual effects, and integrate animations seamlessly into the game. Responsibilities include creating UI animations (transitions, panel animations, interactive effects), gameplay animations for player actions and environments, optimizing for mobile performance, and prototyping visual effects to enhance user experience. The role requires close collaboration with the design and development teams to ensure alignment with the game's overall vision.
Must have:
  • 2+ years Unity experience in commercial projects
  • Proficiency in UI animations
  • Gameplay animation experience
  • Knowledge of Unity's animation systems (Animator, Timeline)
  • Experience with tweening libraries (DOTween)
  • Particle system experience
  • Mobile game development experience (iOS/Android)
  • Ability to prototype visual effects
  • Understanding of animation principles
  • Git experience

As a Unity Animator, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the visual experience of a project with global reach, where players explore and acquire real-world properties through engaging, dynamic animations.

Join us full-time at our stunning office located in the heart of Krakow! Situated in a historic building just steps away from the vibrant city center, our workspace blends timeless charm with modern amenities, providing an inspiring setting for your personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging UI animations, including transitions, panel animations, and interactive visual effects.

  • Create gameplay animations that bring life to in-game interactions and environments.

  • Work closely with designers and developers to ensure animations are aligned with the game's vision.

  • Optimize animations for performance across a variety of mobile devices.

  • Prototype and implement visual effects to improve the overall user experience.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of animations into the game.

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with Unity in commercial projects.

  • Proficiency in creating UI animations – smooth transitions, panel animations, and interactive effects.

  • Experience in gameplay animation – animations related to player actions and game environments.

  • Knowledge of Unity's animation systems (Animator, Timeline).

  • Knowledge of tweening libraries (DOTween).

  • Experience with particle systems (Particle System).

  • Experience in mobile game development (iOS and Android).

  • Ability to prototype visual effects.

  • Attention to detail and understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, squash & stretch).

  • Experience with using version control system (Git)

About The Company

Reality Games is an up and coming gaming studio developing mobile games based on live, real world Big data.
We are a team of 60 people based in Krakow at the iconic building of the Railway Station located in the heart of the historic centre of the city. We have also business representatives in London.

In early 2015, Reality Games launched its first game based on: Landlord Real Estate Tycoon. 
It received huge global success with over 12 million players.
Following the success of Landlord, we intend to release Big Data Game Engine.
We are expect that our Game Engine will simplify game development for external companies and make it much more cost and time effective, as there will not be a need for artificially created content.
