job description:

We are disrupting the puzzle games with our approach to the Match-3 genre. At Cypher, you will be responsible for our marketing strategy while managing and optimizing our UA campaigns. You will become a part of our dynamic team and accompany us in our journey to build games that are played by millions.

responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns and run initiatives end-to-end on all user acquisition channels

  • Work closely with 3rd parties such as Facebook, Google, DSPs, ad networks, etc.

  • Deliver new approaches based on the continuous A/B test results

  • Identify key growth opportunities by analyzing ads' performance

  • Propose and implement successful optimization strategies, and solutions based on data

  • Collaborate with the creative team to provide insight and help to produce new key creatives

requirements:

  • University degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics, or Economics

  • At least 2+ years of user acquisition experience in relevant sectors/fields

  • Data-obsession with excellent MS Excel skills

  • Experience with mobile advertising channels and marketing campaigns (Mobile game experience is a plus)

  • Expertise with marketing measurement tools such as Appsflyer or Adjust

  • Experience using tools such as Firebase, BigQuery, Looker, Tableau

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • A team player with excellent communication skills
