Job Summary
As a UX Creative Writer at GoPay, you will be responsible for shaping user experiences through words, bringing personality to in-app copies, push notifications, and marketing visuals. You will collaborate with product marketing managers and graphic designers to transform complex ideas into simple, human messages. Your duties will include executing copy across multiple channels while maintaining tone consistency, developing engaging messaging for push notifications, inbox messages, and newsletters to drive user engagement, and writing compelling marketing copy for key visuals and campaign assets that resonate with a diverse audience. You will also ensure messaging aligns with product value propositions and that copy and visual elements are seamlessly integrated.
Must Have
- 2+ years experience in copywriting, UX writing, or content strategy
- Excellent command of written and spoken Indonesian and English
- Portfolio demonstrating ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content
- Culturally aware and trend-savvy
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

- Portfolio demonstrating ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content across digital channels.
- Culturally aware and trend-savvy, up to date with internet culture, social media lingo, and the evolving way humans communicate.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
