UX Designer (Contract)

We’re looking to hire a UX Designer (contract) for an American finance company. You’ll join the User Experience Team of Designers, Front End Developers, Product Managers, to adopt inclusive design practices and accessibility guidelines.

• This is a 6 month opportunity which has the potential to extend.
• Must have experience in Web Enterprise Design Systems and Dashboards.
• Location: Westwood, MA - Hybrid - 3x a week).

Responsibilities:

• Create web first user experience projects, develop artifacts including project plans, diagrams, journeys, conceptual prototypes for dashboards, design systems, new and redesign of pre-designed complex forms,
• Develop and execute design/research strategies, diagram service flows, product features, design wireframes, and prototype interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gather feedback from user research from interviews.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise User Experience Design creating user journeys, storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes for design systems and dashboards.
• Design leadership or managerial experience is a plus.
• Excellent facilitator who designs and runs workshops, includes stakeholders (technology, product, legal, risk, etc.).
• Experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines,
