Main Tasks
1. Create technology strategies and roadmaps for vehicle body painting, and conduct advanced development.
2. Develop new body colors for new car projects and confirm body painting rust prevention quality.
3. Improve body painting rust prevention quality and develop cost optimization technology for current vehicles and projects.

Skills and Experience Required
MUST
Possess basic knowledge of chemistry and meet one of the following:
- Work experience related to paint development in the automotive/motorcycle/ship/transport equipment/construction industry.
- Research or development work experience in the paint/ink industry.
- TOEIC score of 600 points.
WANT
- Experience as a theme leader in paint development or coating development.
- Experience in the car industry (preferred).
- TOEIC score of 650 points.

Compensation
- Monthly salary range (reference value): 230,000 JPY to 439,000 JPY.
- *Determined comprehensively based on experience and expertise.*
- Estimated annual income (reference value): Approximately 4.1 million JPY to 7.8 million JPY.
- *Monthly salary x 12 months + bonus (estimated value).*
- *Bonus amount is a reference value; actual payment timing, amount, and conditions will be determined separately.*
