Job Description

Tesla seeks a Vehicle Readiness Operations Driver in Tilburg to manage incoming new and used vehicle inventory. Responsibilities include managing vehicle arrivals at various locations, collaborating with logistics teams, creating shipping documents, identifying and reporting vehicle issues, organizing vehicle movement and charging, maintaining communication with delivery teams, troubleshooting problems, and delivering vehicles to customers' homes as needed. Additional tasks may include cleaning vehicles and installing license plates. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and driving skills, attention to detail, accountability, and a collaborative team spirit, focused on providing a positive customer experience.

What to Expect

Tesla is seeking a Vehicle Readiness Operations Driver to join our team in Tilburg. The candidate is a key contributor to the Tesla experience by coordinating the receipt of incoming new and used vehicle inventory. This position is responsible for management, movement of vehicles between Tesla locations and vehicle readiness for customer delivery. Candidates must have a high level of accountability, and a personal satisfaction in doing a great job.

What You’ll Do

Manage vehicle arrivals and inventory at different offsite locations
Work with internal and third-party logistics teams
Create shipping documents
Spot and report any vehicle issues
Organize and handle vehicle movement and charging
Stay in touch with teams involved in the delivery process
Troubleshoot problems and escalate when necessary
Deliver vehicles directly to customers' homes when needed
Take on other tasks as needed to support, such as cleaning cars, mounting license plate holders etc
