Job Description

A Versioning Producer at Hogarth focuses on Creative Adaptation & Versioning for EMEA markets, handling assets across TV, Cinema, Online, Social, and DOOH platforms. Key responsibilities include being the primary contact for new campaigns, organizing and streamlining assets, and managing the ingest and QC of all media. The role involves defining production standards, ensuring projects meet high creative standards, and are delivered on time and within budget. This includes arranging briefings, managing project progress, tracking costs, and fostering client satisfaction.
Must have:
  • TV Producer in Localization and Creative Adaptation for EMEA Moving Image.
  • Production solution expert between Client, AM, and Broadcast.
  • Being the first point of contact for receiving new campaigns.
  • Organizing and streamlining all assets received.
  • Responsible for Ingest and QC of all media assets, including video, audio, artwork, graphic elements, and projects.
  • Circulating QC reports to producers and AMs and explaining the results.
  • Keeping on top of re-supply of assets.
  • Data entry of all assets and organizing the tracker system for each campaign.
  • Act as additional production resources on other creative adapts accounts.
  • Define, communicate, and enforce production standards.
  • Make sure that the assigned projects are produced to a high creative standard, delivered on time and within the agreed budget.
  • Arrange briefings with Account Management and production teams, find out proposed budget, agree a quote, assign lead operators, book suite time, conduct kick-off meetings, schedule client reviews, distribute feedback, track costs and manage project progress.
  • Attend and take notes during all briefings/reviews and circulate info to TV producers/Account Management where necessary.
  • Be responsible for checking that all material needed to undertake a job has been requested and is on the system in the correct place.
  • Play an active role defining problems, recommending solutions, and establishing resourceful conclusions.
  • Check that all work is reconciled correctly and comes in within the agreed budget.
  • Send regular updates to Account Management of costs incurred so far.
  • Encourage positive resolutions for all projects.
  • Track and identify new opportunities to improve our methodology and training offerings from a production perspective.
  • Continually defines ways to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

What does a Versioning Producer do at Hogarth?

A Versioning Producer on Creative Adaptation & Versioning Work for EMEA markets. Working across assets for multiple platforms – TV, Cinema, Online, Social & DOOH.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Post-Production workflows and VFX.
  • 2+ years of experience in versioning commercials for other markets.
  • Good creative eye and problem solver during Offline process and creative adaptation.
  • Supports and solicits input from team members at all levels.
  • Maintains lasting client relationships internally & externally.
  • Reinforces team approach throughout development efforts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Pro-active not re-active

Work Setup

  • Hybrid (4 days onsite & 1 day WFH)
  • Willing to work on mid or night shift (to support EMEA region)
