What We’re Looking For

  • A background in Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience, with a portfolio showcasing real-time visual effects.
  • Experience contributing to live game projects and a clear understanding of pipelines, scope, and dependencies.
  • Ability to merge artistic creativity with technical limitations to deliver performant assets.
  • Comfort with collaborative, feedback-rich environments and iteration.
  • Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Familiarity with Unity’s VFX tools and ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-first mindset.
  • Ability to create visuals that meet technical requirements across a range of devices
