The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced VFX Production Coordinator to join the team who has experience in supporting high end VFX film and tv projects. They will be working with Production, VFX Supervisors and Leads to maintain the accurate and efficient running of an exciting project in Barcelona, Spain.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a VFX/CG related environment.

The role is predominantly studio-based in our Poblenou, Barcelona office, working closely with the Creative Head of Studio, with occasional on-set work. Fluent Spanish is essential for working directly with local clients. We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating dailies and rounds, ensuring the flow of accurate information to and from the client
• Organise and setup media for client reviews, ensuring any feedback and shot notes are recorded
• Maintaining information in Shotgrid, keeping project tasks up to date
• Ensuring the artists are clear on their schedule of work and priorities
• Coordinating and organising shot deliveries
• Coordinating and monitoring multiple projects effectively
• Documenting decisions and requests, and ensuring items are tracked and managed appropriately
• Monitoring and compiling weekly progress reports, highlighting any issues
