Vibe Growth Marketer

We’re searching for a Vibe Growth Marketer, a rapid prototyper builds and ships faster than most teams draft their briefs. You’ll leverage AI, large language models, no code platforms, and rapid automation to swiftly unlock growth opportunities, streamline marketing operations, and iterate on creative growth concepts from idea to execution.

Embedded directly in our growth team, you'll work across paid channels, lifecycle marketing, brand, and product led growth.

This role offers major leverage and autonomy, ideal for someone who naturally thinks in distribution, speed, and scale.

What You’ll Do

• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI powered marketing workflows to enhance personalization, campaign targeting, and execution speed (think GPT generated ad copy, AI driven segmentation, or instantly created landing pages).
  

• Create and launch MVP growth experiments using tools like Retool, Bubble, Zapier, Vercel, or custom scripts independently from engineering.
  

• Automate repetitive marketing or sales tasks including campaign QA, performance reporting, and lead enrichment.
  

• Connect APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to build scalable marketing automation infrastructure.
  

• Act as a multiplier internally, creating tools, playbooks, and internal AI agents that accelerate the marketing and go to market teams.
  

• Collaborate closely with design, product, and data teams to refine and scale growth initiatives.
  

You’ll Thrive If You

• Think like a growth marketer but ship like a hacker. You prefer quickly validating ideas in practice over lengthy documentation (and probably just want to prove a point).
  

• Love working with AI, APIs, and no code tools. Bonus points if you've built custom GPT models, internal agents, or your own automation tools.
  

• Have expertise or comfort working with tools like Zapier, Make, Tray, N8N, GPT4, Retool, Notion, Airtable, Python, JavaScript, SQL, LangChain, or Vercel (you’re tool
