WORK AS A VIDEO CONTENT CREATOR

We’re looking for a Video Content Creator who’s ready to grow and take the next step in their creative career. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our video content—creating stories across social media, website, and internal projects. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll help turn ideas into engaging, well-crafted videos that support campaigns, highlight important moments, and showcase projects we’re doing. If you’re someone who loves visual storytelling, has a good eye for detail, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bring Stories to Life: Storyboard, shoot, and edit video captivating content based on a clear brief and tailored for multiple formats

  • Own the Creative Process: Execute projects across from start to finish with guidance from our Creative Director and Marketing Lead

  • Create with Purpose: Produce content that not only looks great but strengthens our brand across every touchpoint. Aim to elevate, educate, and engage while staying true to our identity

  • Take the Initiative: Stay up to date with content trends, be proactive and bring fresh ideas to complement our marketing strategy

  • Deliver on High-Visibility Projects:

    • Social media reels, stories, and creative snippets

    • Case studies

    • Partnership announcement and milestone videos

    • Hype and recap videos for projects

    • Internal/external comms assets that tell our story

  • Collaborate Across the Business: Work closely with all departments to produce client-facing demos, POCs, and similar required content, occasionally contributing to initiatives across the wider Sony Sports Businesses and Sony group.

CAPABILITIES

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar creative role

  • Experienced in video production: pre-production, on-site filming, and post-production, including lighting and audio

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)

  • Plus: Graphic design skills, a sharp eye for design and composition

  • Passionate about sports, technology - or both!

  • Able to work to a brief and implement feedback

  • Strong command of English with excellent communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities

  • Collaborative, creative thinker with strong storytelling instincts

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots

  • You are living in the Netherlands

  • You have an EU passport

  • Available 32 hrs/week at the office
