Job Description
Zitga Vietnam Joint Stock Company is seeking a Video Editor to produce creative videos for UA Marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok. The role involves collaborating with UA, Creative, and Data teams to analyze creative performance and plan future campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Video Editor or Motion Designer in the mobile game industry, proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, and knowledge of game advertising creative and its performance metrics. Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut, Spine, Unity, Generative AI tools, and market analysis tools like Sensortower and Appgrowing are advantageous. The company is a leading mobile game and app producer and publisher in Vietnam, aiming to be number one domestically and enhance Vietnam's brand in the global gaming industry.
Must have:
- 1+ years experience as Video Editor/Motion Designer in mobile games
- Proficient in After Effects
- Proficient in Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of game ad creative
- Knowledge of creative performance metrics
Good to have:
- Proficient in Photoshop
- Proficient in Illustrator
- Proficient in Capcut
- Knowledge of Spine
- Knowledge of Unity
- Knowledge of Generative AI
- Familiarity with Sensortower/Appgrowing
- Creative thinking

- Mô tả công việc
- Sản xuất creative video phục vụ các chiến dịch quảng cáo UA Marketing trên các nền tảng Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Unity…
- Làm việc cùng các team liên quan (UA, Creative, Data…) để phân tích và đánh giá kết quả creative, thảo luận kế hoạch creative cho các chiến dịch quảng cáo
2. Yêu cầu
- Kinh nghiệm từ 01 năm trở lên ở vị trí Video Editor hoặc Motion Designer trong ngành game mobile
- Thành thạo công cụ After Effects và Premiere Pro
- Có kiến thức về creative quảng cáo ngành game, các chỉ số đánh giá hiệu quả creative trong chiến dịch quảng cáo
- Biết sử dụng các công cụ hỗ trợ như Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Capcut
- Điểm cộng:
- Biết sử dụng Spine, Unity, các công cụ Generative AI…
- Biết các công cụ phân tích và nghiên cứu thị trường như Sensortower, Appgrowing…
- Tư duy sáng tạo, nhanh nhạy, thích khám phá học hỏi, yêu thích chơi game
3. Quyền lợi
- Mức lương: Thỏa thuận theo năng lực; xét tăng lương định kỳ 1 lần/năm.
- Làm việc 5 ngày/ tuần, từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6; được nghỉ T7, CN.
- Thời gian làm việc: 7 tiếng/ngày (9h00-17h30; nghỉ trưa 1.5 tiếng)
- Được tham gia đầy đủ BHXH/ BHYT/ BHTN theo quy định của luật lao động.
- Thẻ bảo hiểm sức khoẻ PVI kèm 01 người thân.
- Du lịch ít nhất 1 lần/năm, cơ hội du lịch nước ngoài; nhiều hoạt động thể thao/Teambuilding/Gala trong năm.
- Được tham gia các chương trình đào tạo nâng cao năng lực, phát triển bản thân.
- Cơ hội được làm việc trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp, nhân sự trẻ, năng động.
- Có cơ hội thăng tiến lên các vị trí trưởng nhóm, quản lý.
