Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

At the heart of electric mobility, Valeo Power brings together expertise in thermal management systems and propulsion systems. This division develops innovations that contribute to the mobility of tomorrow by reducing pollutant emissions and maximizing vehicle autonomy.

The site of Kanda based in Japan belongs to POWER Division. The site has 70 employees. We are looking for a VIE Process Engineer for 24 months.

Your challenges?

• You will ensure the continuous improvement of a semi-automatic AGS machine in series production and a manual HVAC line in order to achieve KPIs (CT, PPM, etc.).
• You will research and study ideas for improvement (automation, modifications, etc.) for the assembly lines.
• You will analyze the ideas (return on investment) and, if appropriate, launch the project and manage the various ideas proposed.
• You will support the project team in the future renewal of Serena (if applicable).

Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from a Master degree in Engineering
• You already have experience in Industrial Engineering (ideally in the automotive field)
• You have a fluent level of English and ideally you have a good command of Japanese
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
