Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is seeking a VIP PM/Middle Office Specialist. This role involves analyzing the performance of VIP and Liquidity Provider programs, gathering requirements for improvements, and enhancing presentation materials. The specialist will analyze client behavior to identify growth opportunities and advise on growth strategies for VIP and institutional clients by collaborating with growth, marketing, and product teams. Key customer analysis reports will also be written. The ideal candidate will have experience in exchanges or similar trading intermediaries, understand market liquidity and fee structures, possess strong data analysis and reporting skills, and have excellent communication abilities to lead projects with multiple stakeholders. Experience in managing product changes and a passion for crypto are essential.

Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of VIP and Liquidity Provider programs with data and key business results.
- Gather improvement requirements for VIP and Liquidity Provider Program, then manage its change lifecycle.
- Improve the presentation material of VIP and Liquidity Provider Program.
- Analyze client behavior in order to track their trading stats and find areas which can be growth opportunities.
- Advice growth strategy for the VIP and institutional client base by working closely with the growth, marketing, and product team.
- Writing key customer analysis reports for key clients.
Requirements
- Working experience in an exchange, broker, or other similar trading intermediaries.
- Understanding of market liquidity and fee structure in crypto or other traditional financial markets.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong communication skills and is able to lead project with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in managing product changes from raise requirements to product change announcements.
- Fast paced, self-motivated, and has the ability to work under pressure.
- Passionate about crypto. Crypto industry experience is a plus.
