YOU'RE GOOD AT:


• Leading a team of VIP Key Account Managers in Greece, overseeing daily operations, admin, and workflow while ensuring top performance.
• Collaborating with the Head of VIP & Events, VIP Regional Manager, and Managing Director to shape the VIP strategy for Greece, aligned with the company’s global vision.
• Tracking performance, providing follow-ups, and reporting key insights to improve engagement and retention.
• Ensuring best practices and operational efficiency within the VIP team to maximize player satisfaction and value.
• Managing VIP budgets, targets, spend, and bonus allocations effectively.
• Working closely with Commercial Managers for Casino and Sportsbook, as well as Marketing and CRM teams, to optimize customer experience, promotions, and communication in the Greek market.
• Being proactive, results-driven, and focused on performance metrics.
• Fluent in Greek (native level) and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Bringing strong experience in VIP player management, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Managing teams effectively with a strategic mindset.
• Understanding CRM, player operations, and revenue drivers.
• Being passionate about sports, casino, and the Greek gaming market.
• Having a keen eye for detail and top-notch problem-solving skills.
