Job Summary

Job Description

The Visual Design role at HoYoverse involves designing various promotional materials such as game posters, pamphlets, and online/offline advertisements, focusing on the Japanese local design style and incorporating game features. The role requires collaboration with marketing and other departments to align design concepts with project goals, ensuring smooth production of promotional materials, and adjusting design based on user feedback and domestic design trends. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for the gaming industry, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and be able to integrate the design requirements of the company with the creative vision. They should have experience in creating promotional materials and a deep understanding of game promotion flows.

Must have:

Excellent design skills in color theory and composition balance.
Sharp sensitivity to visual expression.
Minimum 2 years of game promotion design experience.
Experience in designing game projects with release records.

専門スキル
色彩理論・構図バランス等のデザインスキルに優れている
視覚的表現に対して鋭い感性をもつ

実務経験
ゲームプロモーションデザイン経験2年以上
リリース実績のあるゲームプロジェクトのデザイン経験があり
ゲームプロモーションフロー及びユーザー嗜好に理解があること
