Job Summary
As VP of Growth - Performance at Immutable, you will develop and implement data-driven growth strategies across multiple channels. Responsibilities include owning CRO, leading experimentation, driving performance marketing (optimizing ad spend, managing creative testing, and implementing attribution modeling), overseeing lifecycle marketing optimization, building measurement frameworks, and partnering with various teams. You'll use data to improve conversion rates, reduce customer acquisition costs, increase customer lifetime value, and align growth initiatives with broader business objectives. The role requires deep expertise in CRO, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, and attribution modeling, and a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes.

Job Description
You'll Be Empowered To ๐ฎ:
- Own the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) function, leading experimentation across key funnels with ambitious targets and a rigorous testing cadence
- Drive Performance Marketing, optimising ad spend efficiency, reducing customer acquisition costs, managing creative testing, and implementing sophisticated attribution modelling
- Oversee Lifecycle Marketing Optimisation, using data-driven segmentation strategies to improve engagement metrics and increase customer lifetime value through retention campaigns
- Build and refine measurement frameworks to track and analyse growth performance, ensuring strategic decisions are based on actionable insights
- Partner closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align growth initiatives with broader business objectives
