Job Description
The Watch Party Coordinator role, based in Hyderabad, India, is within the Planning and Operations department. This critical back-end position ensures the DAZN Watch Party product is correctly set up for live events. Responsibilities include accurately updating event details in What’s On/PBI, managing event coverage and meeting information, maintaining internal reporting systems, and escalating issues as needed. The ideal candidate possesses excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Prior experience with What’s On/PBI is advantageous but not essential.

Job Details
ROLE PURPOSE
Working within the Planning and Operations department based in our new office in Hyderabad, this role is being recruited to carry out critical back-end tasks ensuring that the DAZN Watch Party product is setup correctly for DAZN live events ensuring that the settings within the What’s On management tool accurately reflect the requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensuring that event details are updated and accurately reflect the business requirements on What’s On/PBI
Communicate and arrange event coverage and all necessary meeting information as required.
Maintain and update internal reporting systems and ensuring information is correct at all times

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work both as an individual or as part of a wider team
Experience of using the Microsoft suite of office tools
Previous use of What’s On/PBI an advantage but not essential
Comfortable with communicating at all levels within the business
