WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
As part of Group IT, we are on a transformation journey to industrialize IT and help the rest of the organization to mature processes and efficiency. Group IT consists of around 90 skilled and motivated colleagues around the globe.
We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to help maintain and enhance our Workday HCM platform. Based in Warsaw, you will be part of the IT ERP team responsible for managing the entire Workday Platform across HR, Finance, and Professional Services. The team comprises 11 colleagues with various roles, including a Platform Architect, Business Analysts, and Functional Consultants. You will report to the Head of ERP Systems, Director, based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
As Workday HCM Consultant, you will support People & Culture teams across the world in using Workday as a driver for developing and implementing best-practice HR processes and enabling operational excellence. You will cover the full development lifecycle from gathering and understanding requirements, designing fit for purpose solutions, implement the changes in Workday and deploying them into production. You will also serve as third level support to ensure our Workday platform works as intended. In your role you will also play an important role in the bi-yearly Workday Releases as well as our innovation process, which aims at pro-actively suggesting features and functionality to make our Workday platform smarter.
Your work hours will align with EMEA time zones. You are expected to be onsite in our Warsaw office 2 days a week.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Gather and understand requirements
Create solution designs based on key business requirements
Configure/develop, test, and deploy solutions
Take part in application support and maintenance tasks
Propose ways to innovate and make our solutions more efficient
Adhere to IT principles and suggest future changes
Work on implementing the backlog of ideas, change requests and new releases
WHAT WE VALUE

Relevant experience from implementing Workday solutions either as a consultant or through in-house expertise
Experience in Workday administration or configuration across Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance Management, Talent, Recruiting
Experience with business- and HR process optimization
Sound knowledge of operational processes in HR
Well-developed collaboration and communication skills, bridging IT and HR
Working knowledge of Agile (Kanban) methodologies
Very Service-minded and have a positive mindset
Ability and willingness to learn and grow
Effective analytical skills and a solution-focused attitude
Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Good collaboration and communication skills in English
