Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will serve as the Workday HCM specialist consultant focused on Recruitment. This is a consulting role designed to provide light-touch support in the month before go-live and then drive post-go-live stabilization, adoption, and optimization.
You will act as a bridge between TA/HR and technical teams, ensuring recruitment workflows are designed effectively and enabling HR teams and hiring managers to make the most of Workday. You will work with teams across different geographies and time zones, supporting local TA teams as well as people management teams.
The consultancy will run from September until November 2025
