WorkFusion (Developer/Consultant)

Job Description

We’re looking for passionate and skilled professionals to join our RPA team specializing in WorkFusion. Whether you're a hands-on developer, a strategic consultant, or a technical lead, this role offers the opportunity to design, build, and scale automation solutions that drive real business impact. You’ll work on cutting-edge projects involving RPA, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using WorkFusion, including ODF framework and ML components.
• Leverage Java 8, Spring, Maven, Hibernate, and JavaScript to build robust automation workflows.
• Integrate backend systems and APIs to enable seamless automation orchestration. Lead or contribute to solution orchestration, technical design, and documentation (PDDs, SDDs).
• Plan and execute unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
• Document all phases of the automation lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Engage with business stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members (for Lead roles).
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable and secure deployments.
• Utilize AWS infrastructure and services for hosting and scaling automation solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment cycles.
• Optimize cloud resource sizing and architecture for performance and cost-efficiency.

Primary Skills

• 3+ years of IT experience with minimum 1 year in RPA solutioning (WorkFusion preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience in Java 8, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, and JavaScript.
• Experience with WorkFusion ODF framework and understanding of ML SDK is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of RPA, Machine Learning concepts, workflows, backend systems, and APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure, cloud architecture, and CI/CD practices.
