Job responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of small-scale collaborations and social impact initiatives with partner NGOs

• Assist with logistics, communication, and documentation of corporate social responsibility activities

• Track, document, and report the outcomes and impact of ongoing social initiatives

• Create and schedule LinkedIn and YouTube content aligned with brand voice, and contribute creative ideas

• Monitor trends to suggest innovative content formats and engagement strategies

• Support cross-functional projects and plan campaigns that showcase our company culture and enhance employer branding, both internally and externally

• Help ensure smooth coordination of ongoing departmental processes and initiatives

The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay

• You are currently enrolled at a university, studying communications, marketing, media, or a related field, preferably in Master’s degree

• You have excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken proficiency in English (German is a plus)

• You have prior experience in branding, communications, Linkedin (all in B2B), or a similar hands-on role

• You are confident using LinkedIn, YouTube, and Notion, and bring a good understanding of how similar platforms work

• You are structured, self-organized, and manage your time effectively

• You are an out of the box thinker who brings a creative mindset and enjoy approaching topics from different perspectives
