As a Freelance VFX Producer, you’ll oversee projects from planning through delivery—organising schedules, managing budgets, and facilitating communication between clients, artists, and supervisors. You’ll be a key part of keeping everything running smoothly and on time, while ensuring creative and technical quality remain top-notch.

<h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">Job Description</h2><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">As a Freelance VFX Producer, you’ll oversee projects from planning through delivery—organising schedules, managing budgets, and facilitating communication between clients, artists, and supervisors. You’ll be a key part of keeping everything running smoothly and on time, while ensuring creative and technical quality remain top-notch.</p><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">This is a remote-friendly role, but applicants must be fiscally based and working from Italy for the duration of the project.</p><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Key Responsibilities</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Lead project scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Collaborate with Supervisors and Executive Producers on project budgeting and scope.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Manage communication with clients and team members, both remotely and onsite.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Run internal reviews</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets the expected standard.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Track changes in scope and support change order documentation.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Required Skills and Qualifications</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">5+ years of experience in VFX production for film, TV, or advertising.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Excellent written and spoken English is required .</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Very good organizational and leadership skills.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Familiar with the full VFX pipeline</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and FTrack.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Must be fiscally based in Italy and eligible to work as a freelancer under local regulations</li></ul>
