- Familiarity with the full VFX pipeline.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace and FTrack.
- Eligibility to work in the European Union.

22DOGS, a fast-growing international VFX studio, is looking for an experienced Freelance VFX Producer to support our production team. This is a great opportunity to work on high-end international projects while maintaining freelance flexibility. While the role is primarily remote, you should be available for scheduled periods onsite in Tenerife, during key project phases.
Job Description
As a Freelance VFX Producer, you’ll help lead projects from start to finish—organizing schedules, managing budgets, and keeping communication clear between clients, artists, and supervisors. You’ll be responsible for making sure deadlines are met and quality remains high, working closely with a talented and international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Supervisors and Executive Producers on project budgeting and scope.
- Manage communication with clients and team members, both remotely and onsite.
- Run internal reviews
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
- Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets the expected standard.
- Track changes in scope and support change order documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in VFX production for film, TV, or advertising.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required to communicate clearly with our international team and clients.
- Experience working with remote and distributed teams.
- Very good organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiar with the full VFX pipeline
