At 22DOGS, we are seeking a reliable and collaborative Administrative Assistant in Milan, specifically for protected categories under Italian Law 68/99. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to provide front office and general office support, managing visitors, calls, emails, office supplies, travel bookings, and assisting with onboarding and GDPR compliance in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Must Have:
  • Welcome and register visitors and guests.
  • Manage and filter incoming calls and emails.
  • Maintain inventory and restock office supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness and order in shared office areas.
  • Organize meeting rooms and assist with company events.
  • Make ad hoc purchases (mainly via Amazon).
  • Manage business travel bookings (flights, trains, accommodation).
  • Oversee supplier purchase orders.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees and collaborators.
  • Assist with the coordination of mandatory training and updates to the internal GDPR/privacy compliance plan.
  • Registered under Italian Law 68/99 (protected categories).
  • Basic English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using common office software (Google Workspace).
